Saisei means “rebirth” in Japanese. The mission of Saisei Consulting is to help early-stage, growth-stage and mature digital media companies develop successful go-to-market strategies not only in the United States but also around the world. This would include the areas of video games, virtual worlds, social networks, and other digital media platforms. The goal is to help companies maintain their relevancy and value propositions in the 21st century.

This also includes creating disruptive innovative technology products, with an emphasis on student-centered learning tools using game mechanics and other web 2.0 features. Al is also working with a few early stage game-based learning companies as part of his vision to encourage the adoption of game-based learning tools into the K-12 classroom environment.

Current projects include numerous projects with leading online game companies in Korea, and also helping build the video game ecosystem in the state of Georgia through a close working relationship with the Georgia Department of Economic Development and Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.  In addition. Al is helping plan SIEGE 2009 , an emerging video game conference to promote the interactive entertainment industry in the Southeast United States, and most specifically, the state of Georgia.
